伝統に則りながらも、現代の感覚に寄り添ったお盆飾りをデザインしました。日本の伝統文化であるお盆を後世に伝えるという意図も込め、永く丁寧に使ってもらえるように素材や収納方法にこだわりました。精霊馬、精霊牛、蓮の葉、おがら、まこもといったお盆飾りやお盆そのものの持つ意味を紹介する冊子つき。
TOU is a kit of Obon decorations designed to fit modern sensibilities while preserving tradition. With the desire to pass on the traditional Japanese culture of Obon to future generations, we have carefully selected materials and considered storage methods so that these Obon decorations can be used with care for many years to come. Included is a booklet that introduces the meaning of each item and the purpose of celebrating Obon.
