「档（アテ）」は石川県の県木でもある能登ヒバの現地名。「君へ」を意味するイタリア語「a te」と同じ響きであることから a_te と命名しました。背の高い人から小柄な人まで、不快感なく腰掛けられるように工夫された「膨らみ型」の座面は、一般的なツーバイフォーの木材と同じ寸法の板材を３本使用しており、経年変化などで部材が劣化しても一時的に市販の木材に交換することが可能になっています。各々にとっての大切な「君」を支えるべくデザインしたユニバーサルなベンチ、Econifa ブランドの製品です。
"Ate" is the local name of Noto Hiba, the prefectural tree of Ishikawa. The product was named “a_te” after the tree, and also because it sounds the same as the Italian phrase ”a te" meaning "to you". It is a universal bench designed to support the important "you" for everybody. Released form Econifa.
